If you are interested in enrolling your child(ren) in Baylake Academy, please fill out the application form.

-A separate application form will need to be submitted for each sibling. Please reference the age requirements below on this page before selecting the appropriate class level for your child(ren).
-Fill out the Application by clicking the Application Form button at the top of this page. 
-Once your application form has been completed, the form will need to be submitted by emailing the form to  info@baylakeacademy.com.

Once the application form has been submitted, a Baylake Academy representative will reach out to you to discuss any additional questions you may have regarding our program, enrollment, and to schedule a tour of the school.

If you wish to enroll your child (based on availability) or secure your place on the waitlist, please submit your application fee HERE.

-Submit payment of your application fee by clicking the “Make a Payment” button at the top of this page and selecting the “Application Fee” option. You may schedule a tour before you submit the application fee.

Once the Baylake Academy Admissions Department confirms enrollment availability, a representative will then send the enrollment agreement documents and an invoice for the non-refundable enrollment fee (first month’s tuition) through our secured parent communication application, Brightwheel. After reviewing and completing the enrollment agreement documents, please submit your enrollment fee and your child’s enrollment will be secured.

– Availability in each class is limited; please submit your completed enrollment agreement and first month’s tuition in a timely manner as this will secure your child’s enrollment with Baylake Academy.

Once you have submitted your enrollment agreement and the enrollment fee (first month’s tuition), you will receive a digital enrollment packet that includes all remaining enrollment forms. Please expect to receive these documents from Brightwheel closer to your child’s start date. All remaining required forms included in this enrollment packet will need to be submitted prior to the first day of school.

Baylake Academy’s newest student(s) will receive their Welcome Packet! The Welcome packet is filled with fun Baylake Academy items your child(ren) will enjoy.
